I had a feeling the sign added to the confusion...it is supposed to be one way (for southies, think I'll adopt that term now) but it really isn't very clear that it is.
Someone aimed an extremely lacklustre / inaccurate kick at my bike on that path a few weeks back. Luckily he was miles off or I'd be drawing my own collision here.
