The Topeak works well enough for occasional use: I had one, but needed something more precise to use on other people's bikes.
I got the same one as the Superstar you listed but in a slightly cheaper case for $36. Took a while as I ordered it from China, but it works just fine. Not sure about its accuracy though, but I suspect it to be identical to the Superstar one.
