I got this one from Superstar for low-range work (was half-price at Crimbo).
You'll find the same wrench rebranded elsewhere, but the included bits varies.
I've got this for high-range work.
I can't remember where from, but around £25.
Both have certificates of calibration.
The Topeak works well enough for occasional use: I had one, but needed something more precise to use on other people's bikes.
