• First rollers session with P2max today. I turned it on and it worked. That's about it (all you want from a PM really isn't it?) - does seem a lot smoother than Stages and much easier to measure a consistent effort.

  • The session was 30s flat out sprint intervals; 150-160rpm... With a warm up and cool down. Pretty unpleasant to do at 7am, especially after racing in the wet last night.
