Wanted: Track frameset [steel, 58]

Looking for a basic steel track frame with a little character maybe:

• Decent steel frameset (regular geo frame and 1 inch threaded fork);
  
• Size 58/60 preferably (toptube of around 57.5cm ctc);
  
• Nothing (too) fancy, (it's OK if it's/the paint beat up, just no structural damage etc);
  
• Preferably with headset installed;
  
• Preferably 27.2mm seattube;
  
• Willing to ship to The Netherlands.
