Rapha customer service, we're in love again.
Hhhmmm, I'm not. Ordered a pink'n'black Rapha belt in the sale, it arrives but it's a blue and black Sky one which I've already got. E-mailed them on the 13th August, got a reply on the 28th, 2 weeks later, saying it was a warehouse labelling error and they no longer have the item I ordered. Rather unimpressive for a premium brand.
Sound advice. Have phoned and they have one left which they're holding till tomorrow for me. Rapha customer service, we're in love again.
