Hey
I am so fucking confused.
I never owned cycling shoes, and I know nothing about them.
I just bought a pair of those chrome kursk on ebay but the description says: "SPD plates not included."
By that, I am guessing that they come with no cleats.
What I would like to know is, which cleats do I need to buy? From what I've read, the Crank Bro's are better. Would these work? http://www.wiggle.co.uk/crank-brothers-premium-cleats/
In regards to pedal, I am currently riding these ones: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-m324-combination-pedals/?sku=4000000080 But they're heavy as fuck so I was thinking about switching, maybe these ones: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-m424-spd-pedals/ (i'd like to get one that i could ride without the shoes too)
Can someone here please help me in plain english?
Thank you
