They do but the other teams have rebelled (sort of) and la liga or the organisation that runs it have tweaked the to rights deal so that evey other team that isn't barca or real get a more democratic split of the money, still not great but better than it was.
Think they saw how successful the premier league is at selling its footballing product and they are trying to do something similar.
