I wouldn't restrict or worry about the clearance. The calipers will limit it enough and you have the CAAD10.
I don't know if you noticed the weather, but I suspect you'll be riding it next summer because it has 'guards.

yeah this is what I am doing, keep it simple.. also dont want there to be too much clearance when running 25c tyres as I will probably end up riding in the summer too! I have contacted Kuba at Rychtarski to get the ball rolling.
