42s with good clearance
-

New Pompino must have bigger clearance, 38s are tight fit on mine.

ah, again a Sugino crank on a Pompino! Length of crankarms? Length of the axle of your bb?
-
• #5205
170mm crankarms on a 103mm JIS spindle, that is a RD2 set not SG75. ~ 8mm between crank and chainstays.

Hi. I'm looking forward to put fenders on my pompino. Black fenders. I'm rolling 35c tyres with a long chainstay. Does anyone knows which model could fit?

SKS Chromoplastic P45 should.

I have a set of now discountinued Avid SD Ultimates for the ex-polo Pompino build when I get the time to do it (rear end is a bit bent, but not by much). So yeah, another case of brakes costing more than frame and forks!

This thread is making me lusty for a Pompino - is anyone selling an F+F in Large?
-
• #5218
Even with those big tyres? thanks

Nice, I'm off to look for some gum walls for my Pomp now
-
• #5220
Ya,
i'm riding Schwalbe delta cruiser. Nice but there's a too big resistance. Something like a 28c gum wall would be fine -

Does anybody know if this is the correct geo for a Pompetamine?
Like the dash of pink on the water bottle matching the tape.
You've helped convinced me I should get bigger tyres on my pomp, running 28s at the moment, don't like the gap between front tyre and frame. What size are you running?
