Looking for a good fit on a CX bike for trail riding and touring. This seemed to feel nice after a quick test ride but looks crazy small. Does this look crazy small?

Looks 'nimble' for the technical parts, but on the long finish straights you'll might struggle getting low and fast.

Look like it fit well.

Too small is better than too big, if that bike is one size too bigger, she'd be stretching on the hood.
