Not if I'm just going out solo for 90mins 'training' AKA riding my bike.
I've seen some loners using them for 24hr TTs and such like – people without clubs I guess (or in clubs without suits).

Why not regular jersey and shorts? The only situation I think I could justify one for myself is training outdoors on the TT bike, but that rarely happens.
Don't get me wrong, I love the concept it's just the connotations of it. Then again, I saw a guy on a hybrid wearing t shirt, shorts and an Evade today so maybe you're right and these things will become commonplace.
