Mine's 6.9 including garmin mounts, sensors and cages, and the only truly weenie part I've got on it is Ti speedplay skewers. I think I could get it to 6 without a vast amount of difficulty / with a lot of money.
re: aeros, but think of the dumb junction box and ancillary wires all over the place.
re: charge / distance; admittedly you're on the far end of the Bell Curve of rider distances, but if you're putting that kind of mileage in you're also probably charging your lights / garmin frequently too... I don't think it's a limiting factor for the majority of people. It will also get better as batteries inevitably improve.
