• It's not illegal and I never said that. Just that he is in the wrong for attempting to cross the road with moving traffic.
He is taking a risk and putting other people at risk. If a car did run him over an insurance company wouldn't give him a dime. So technically he ain't in the right

  • Just that he is in the wrong for attempting to cross the road with moving traffic.

    No.

it's inadvisable to cross the road with moving traffic, doesn't mean you can't do it, the Highway Code are guideline, rather than law.

If a car did run him over an insurance company wouldn't give him a dime.

    Actually they would.

    This isn't America.

  • So contrary!!!

No. it's inadvisable to cross the road with moving traffic, doesn't mean you can't do it, the Highway Code are guideline, rather than law.

Just like its inadvisable to undertake in a car and again doesn't mean you can't do it. Cause an accident and the blame will be on you.

As for this not being America, couldn't be more wrong. USA is a litigious country. That's the place where he would get money.
Over here for any claim he launched to be successful he would have to show the drivers were negligent, which from the video would be very difficult for him to prove.

I'm done. Can't be arsed arguing with a troll
