  • Dammit, just saw the time. Seem to be missing this. Caught up with work.

Hearty congrats @OneLessCardigan if I don't make it

  • Will drop by 9ish. Saw a few of you on the Saturday ride, ofc.

  • C'mon kat!
    (Am en route also)

  • Sorry, not going to make this after all - concert just finished and a bit sleepy. I owe you several beers @OneLessCardigan

  • Awesome night.

    Lovely seeing everyone!

  • That was actually pretty dope

  • Great night and congrads again @OneLessCardigan :-)

  • Thanks so much @OneLessCardigan! Even managed to lure object out of the woodwork, no mean feat.

  • Lovely night, glad I came down!

  • Great to see so many faces last night! @OneLessCardigan hope you had a great night celebrating!

  • Aw I had such a good time yesterday. Amazing turnout, nice mix of the current crop, the OGs and some tourists from North of the river :-)

  • A lot of good looking people out last night.

  • feeling much love for SE and OLC
Went home and cleaned a tent and woke up many of my neighbours. The things that seem like a good idea at the time...

  • congrads (joke now intended) Simon!

  • Great to see everyone last night! Sorry I had to duck out early. Glad I managed to miss @Object though, that bastard.

  • many thanks for a lovely time @OneLessCardigan and sorry to split early! (yoghurt had exploded in my bag lulz).

i was thinking about doing another macmillan cancer support event but it's officially supposed to be friday 25th september. i normally do it on the saturday, but this year i was thinking as a different and less stressful concept we could do a joint effort on tuesday 22nd? (if cycle ps don't mind us crumbing up the place):

    • a few/couple people bake some things (i know it's probably inconvenient)
    • everyone eats some cake
    • people donate a quid or two to help people with cancer receive better support

my aunt got diagnosed with cancer for the third time recently so as much as i feel like a few quid here and there won't help, i can say first hand how much people and families appreciate macmillan. what do you guys think? any alternative ideas or suggestions?

  • This sounds like a good plan. There are enough regulars and non-regulars can be persuaded for occasions.

    Cake dinner!

  • Sounds like a good plan, if Cycle PS are on board. I've got really into eating cake, over the last 30 years or so.

  • Thanks for bringing cookies! Nice to chat too, probably been a while

  • Sounds like a great idea Lucy.
Lost my mum to cancer a few months ago and will happily contribute cakes /donation to whatever it is you do. Cancer is shit.

  • Will happily bake cake, have lost 3 family members in the last two years to cancer. Macmillan were a great help throughout.
