Think its a shame that its missing some of the underground tributaries like the Tyburn

Really nice!
Are the non-solid lines the non-navigable ones?
I think Lea and Lea Navigation should be shown as a double line where they're split.
Makes sense to have surface waterways though, underground as well could get pretty complicated. Some of them seem to have shifted or people are just vague about locations (Effra, Neckinger). Maybe they could be dashed. I guess it would start to look more like the rail+tube connections map. -

man this is sweet - great find, Bell Green is zen-ing me out right now -----------

the map locates sound recordings though, I guess they don't have any from underground...

We've just been playing pooh sticks on the River Pool.

Bell Green is zen-ing me out right now
Probably the only time Bell Green (home of my local airship-hangar-sized Sainsbury) and 'zen' have been mentioned in the same sentence.

There's a certain amount of overlap with this nice little walking route map of London on a similar theme.

Whenever I enter Bell Green Sainsbury's (once a week at least) It causes me to lapse into a zen-like trance. While I empty the shelves.
The map though, that's formidable. -

I have walked the Quaggy from Kidbrooke to Lewisham.

ha ha! Bow Locks!
The Regents should join up with The Lea.

I just looked up Moremead Road, Bell Green, and it appears to be behind the Sainsbury's.

On the same theme, but Parks:

I propose a Southern parkline extension out to Beckenham Junction to include more of the SE parks.
-
• #19
Quite. This is risibly incomplete--erm, Hackney Marshes? Walthamstow Marshes? Springfield Park? SE has Hilly Fields, Blythe Hill, Ladywell Fields, Beckenham Place Park missing, not to mention the West--Holland Park, Ravenscourt Park, Osterley Park, Syon Park, Gunnersbury Park, Hounslow Heath--and those are just the first ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Wanstead Flats is part of Epping Forest. They used to have cows wandering about munching people's geraniums in Leytonstone front gardens.

What no covered rivers, Tyburn, Fleet etc?
