I got a pm last Wednesday to say he was cancelling my purchase but I've heard nothing since

seller also has listed on gumtree so i can only assume he's sold it

I paid for the frame and I was told last wednesday that he was cancelling the sale and refunding me 'now'. I still haven't received a refund or a reply to pm's and emails.

Same response to me. I have sent a PayPal fund request several days ago, no response yet.

you two are awfully patient then, can't you open up a paypal dispute?

In light of posts on here I have upgraded my dispute to a claim.

I've bought off @OliViner and didn't have a issue - so hopefully just that he's busy!

Same as everyone, been promised a refund on Wednesday, started a claim on Friday, no reply so far.

Got my money back thanks to using the claim system on Paypal, hope that all of you did as well.
That's one seller to be avoided in the future.

Got my money back through PayPal claim too, no communication from seller only 2 empty promises to return money.
Avoid like the plague
