wut is going on with those forks tho - they have air vents or something?!?
also I would like to point out that there is definitely webbing between the TT and the seat tube... despite what #teamlooklooklooklook seems to think is optimal.

A stunning pair of road and track, unbranded De Rosa lo pro frames. Apparently these were commissioned by Campagnolo back in the day to be used as promotional tools to highlight their product range, hence the Campagnolo blue paintwork.

There's a steel frame underneath that carbon
We started by building a "frame" made from ultra-thin 1" AerMet tubing. This was purely to hold in alignment the key points: Head bearings, BB bearings, rear wheel attachments, seat pin. This flexible but very strong tubing ensured we started with perfect alignment, but without the carbon fibre it couldn't even be ridden.
