More rusty goodness arrived at my place of employment today.
This just prewar Brooks B32 Narrow saddle.
Hillary Stone had it advertised as a B32 but the photos weren't that great (perspective wise) and I couldn't get a sense of how wide it was but the price was right (probably because of the extra holes in the side - anyone wnow what they'd be for?)! I ordered it then googled B32 then saw that normal B32's appear to be quite fat. The history of Brooks site told me that there was also a narrow version. Eeeeek I thought so panicked up until the time that it arrived and was pleasantly surprised that it was the narrow version as you can probably just make out in one of the photos inscribed on the side.
If you like your vintage bikes all NOS, look away now. Perfect amount of Patina IMHO.
