  • Shimano, never mind, I'll pass, thanks all the same.

  • Older Look (Delta) and Shimano (pre SPD-SL) pedals work with the same cleats but these are not compatibel with Keo's.

  • got yourself some nice icons!
saronni red and a master, looks very similar decor to my esa

  • Thanks. I only had space for one more bike but the Master was just one I couldn't let slip through my fingers. I'm afraid I will have to strip some of my other bikes and choose 2 or 3 to ride with.

  • I found a decapitated c40 b stay in the basement at work today

  • Hi Guys, I have this Colnago frame I want to sale but not sure how to price it. Its a SLX Spiral Conic with really nice details and crimped down tube and precisa forks. The frame its in good structural shape (no dings, bends, cracks or anything) but the chroming is in quite bad shape both at the fork and the chain stay (although it have some really nice chrome lugs in good shape as well. I'm currently asking for £250 but seems there's no interest on it. What do you think this could worth? I'd say in good condition this can easily go for £400+ so with some re-chroming and maybe a new paint job this could be a nice project. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks! https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/272714/#comment12460460

  • Does anyone have any info or opinions on this Colnago Mexico:

    http://www.sahibinden.com/ilan/alisveris-spor-bisiklet-colnago-mexico-227008888/detay

Apparently the frame has been airbrushed by Jankowski.

Selling for approx 600 GB Pouns.

  • That'll buff right out...

  • Wanted Colnago bike 53-54cm
All models considered but must be in good condition. Cash on collection.

  • Small 53cm 1981 Super I'm building for the wife, very hard to find in small sizes and virtually unmarked! Saronni red still looks classy!

  • Hi all. I am after a colnago ahead stem. Like an item one. Either 1inch or 1 and 1/8. Length preferably under 11cm. Please let me know if anyone has one?
Oh and a black colnago seatpost 27.2.

    Cheers

  • I have one in good condition, comes 1 1/8 and comes with 1 inch shim, identical to the one above. Will need to check measurement tonight, but it is definitely under 11cm from memory.

  • Ideal! Will Pm you now. Do you have a set post at all? Cheers

  • before and after

  • Sure it's from 1981? Has braze on front derrailleur and forks look of later date. Mine is said to be from 1982 or 1983 and doesn't have the braze on and has other type of forks. But it's a nice bike, that's true.

    Mine at the moment:

  • with the rounded, stamped stay caps the model is circa 84
82 has fluted, stamped stay caps

  • Thanks. Like these, you mean?

The Piu looks much and much better BTW.

  • Cheers. I thought it was a bit later given the excellent condition of the paint and the braze on front mech.

  • no, those are chain stay crimps, caps are by top of seat stays
Thanks and glad you like the pui btw!

  • Aha, thanks for that. The term "caps" was new for me. I've checked my Super and the '86 (I think) Master and saw what you mean.

  • Stem sorted thanks to @mustardbeak

Anyone got a black colnago seat post? 27.2
