Unlike this year, the HT550 group start in 2015 is not going to be a first come, first served basis. There will be qualifying routes which you will have need to have done at least one of, the first of which will be the HT550 itself (an ITT will count if you have proof). Finishers from the last two years will have a guaranteed place. Other routes will be the CTR, AZTR or similar events overseas. Cairngorms Loop and Lakeland 200 will also be on the list.

There's no qualification mechanism, just register when the registration opens and hopeyou're quick enough to get a place. The organiser limits the ride to 40 starters for the main event but will take around 60-80 entrants and run a waiting list based on expected drop outs.
Alternatively, just download the route, go and ride it and submit your results (GPS and/or spot tracker log needed). You'll be credited with your ride in the same year as you've ridden it, just the same as any of those starting in the mass event.
