She's right though - it's a fucking seatpost. Just buy one. If you're worried about comfort, change tyres or tyre pressure.

Just got told by the other half when I was being indecisive about buying a new seatpost "For fucks sake you just bought a complete set of the gayest cycling kit ever, if you could buy that you can buy a seatpost"
