Velo Vitality is the only one I know that sell those tyres in the UK, I usually order them directly and hope for the best (majority of the time I managed to avoid custom charge).

Go for the Compass version, they're even lighter.
They're never cheap but they're fantastic tyres, the supple nature mean they actually more puncture resistant than says, 28mm GP4000s.
