Yup, you'll probably need new spokes as well but that'll probably be handled by the person rebuilding the wheel. If you're in London I believe @arup (http://www.yogarup.com/wheels/) is a forum favorite.
I have a pair of Planet X 82mm carbon tubulars and i reckon they'd be better used on my roadie. Can the rear hub be changed into a road one? Is it as simple as matching the spoke count and finding a hub? Am i missing something? Never built wheels up before and won't be doing it myself just curious as to if it's possible (I'm 85% sure)
