  • I ended up with a cheap cleaver from theasiancookshop.co.uk
    Really happy with it, factory edge is crazy sharp compared to my knackered cheap knives. Sure a little finessing on the diamond stone will get it perfect. Would have preferred a wooden handle but can't complain at the price.

    Now after a little something for LadyLiz as she's got into making sushi lately. Is there a consensus on a really good all-round small knife?
