Sorry this might be a bit late, also a question that's tricky to answer as I don't know what interests you, but I often recommend buying a day-pass for public transportation and just drive through the city, hopping on and off.
The S-Bahn (and part of the U-Bahn as well) oftentimes goes on elevated tracks (like at first floor level) through the city, giving you a interesting perspective.
