Had dramas today at the red bike shop with this frame. Tried to insert the bottom bracket and realised halfway that the nds had been chased 3/4way to BSC while the drive side is french threaded, must of had some idiot mechanics work on it in the previous life. It now has a full bsc thread on the nds. Anyways..
Fitted the mis match bb and guess what.. The chainring strikes the chainstay! That leaves me in a position where I cannot use the Zeus cranks which is really annoying. I now need to look for a 112 spindle and see how it goes from there. In the meantime I thought I might as well stick my spare set of cranks on and get it up an running for now :-)
