I have a 60cm NJS nagasawa pista frame that was NOT retired from the Keirin circuit. Pista Frames that you'd find on Ebay or NJS Export are retired frames (frames get retired because of crashes during races).
Bought it off practically new off of a current Japanese Keirin Racer (M.Saito, A-rank keirin iirc), it was his practice bike (ie. never been raced or crashed). I haven't ridden it after I got it.
