Looks great! Your shifters are the wrong way around I guess, or are they pantographed on both sides?
Here is my olmo competition, very similar, at the moment also with a brown leather regal!

HA good spot! They are definitely the wrong way round, easy fix though
Yours looks pretty damn impressive, you've set the bar high sir!
Just trying to get my hands on a panto record chainset. Not happy with the Victory one i've got as ideally want to have a complete group on it. -

I don't like the bigger jumps between sprockets on the 11-34 8spd cassette.
Hence 10spd, jump is much shorter on the 11-34 cassette.

Get a Sram IGH+Cassette hub and run 1x at the front, voila no cross-chaining, epic range and less clutter.

Hey all, looking to convert my old and creaky steel langster into a porteur/shopping bike, with the help of a King Gamoh rack.
I've already sorted new wheels (A119s + 32 Paselas) but was wondering what's the best way to rack up at the front? I was looking for something like this , but can't find them for the life of me. Axiom do axle eyelets but I wouldn't feel confident putting a rack on aluminium mounts.
Would any of you recommend getting eyelets brazed on, or a rack suitable for fitting directly to the axle (Old Man Mountain etc), or even going down the route of getting a more suitable fork (1" threaded with eyelets), P-clips etc.?

Nitto M106 have the same overall dimensions as Hwy 1 AFAIK but also have a very comfortable squared-tube profile on the transition section from tops to hoods. I love 'em, but you're paying a premium to get them in from Japan unless anything's changed recently.

I'm pretty sure they are coated with something and not just rusty.
I guess that's the joy of running a friction lever for my front mech. Thanks for all your advice!
