2015-08-20 Pedestrian Down Farringdon Rd

Getting reports of serious collision at Faringdon Road and Theobalds Rd
it doesn't sound good, . . . first reported as a cyclist . .
Now confirmed as pedestrian fatality, hit by an eastbound number 55 bus.
Rest in Peace poor soul.

Just had a message from my gf who works close by and there is an air ambulance there as well ambulances and fire engines

This is just over the road from my office, and I was out pootling on the bike at lunch. Colleagues also passed by. Sounds dreadful. Here's hoping the rider will be OK.

The Standard have now amended their story to confirm it was a pedestrian hit by a bus and caught underneath.
