Size 46/11.5 fits like a 45/10.5. Lots of ventilation. Worn for only a couple of triathlons and a couple of hundred miles of commuting. Good nick, minor grubby marks that will wipe clean. Shimano SPD-R cleats a bit worn from trudging home with a flat last week. £25 collected from SE1 or SE23 or delivered to any point in between.
Pedals are SPD-R540 entry level Shimanos. They're silver and in good nick. I have no pics here but £5 to you.
