@Amey the low cost of the meal would be even better if you'd used a slowcooker. The cost of the oven would be loads more than if you'd used a slow cooker. Tried adding a little pork in as well?
Making your own chicken stock and adding a couple of bay leaves would be a step up as well mate :)
