Beaut of an overshoe. My Mrs just asked me
what the hell is that?
And on my explanation started laughing.
Note, the 'always riding' largest size available is a 'M' (size8) so too small for me...

It's as wide as a Sidi (the Wide version that is).

First morning it's genuinely been cool enough to rock the new Vulpine Harrington.
Am slightly dubious about the quality of some of the stitching. More than one loose bit of thread.
Very impressed with the waterproofing (after walking home with it in the pissing rain after a puncture on Friday) and it looks the biznss. The mutitude of pockets and magnetic fasteners is great after the Rapha City Rain Jacket's silly two small pocket arrangement (one front left and one back right)
So far I've found it far more breathable than the Rapha City Rain Jacket, which would leave me drenched (even the arms) after a headwind commute home from Waterloo to the top of Honor Oak Road. It was definitley too warm to have worn on the ride home last night but I arrived relatively dry.
The medium fit is borderline on me. Perfect across the chest, arms, spot on for riding and quite snug round the waist. I would love it far more if it had a slightly more cycle friendly tail cut at the back though as it's dead stright and as I have a long torso and it does ride up a bit.
Tl;dr?
I really like the practicality, look, fit and (so far) waterproofing and breathability of it. Downsides are cut at the back and possibly dubious stitching. 8/10 -

I'm going to Seattle and Portland in September. I'm going to drop into the Athletic store. Is there anywhere else I should go to buy bleeding-edge, hipster cycling kit?

The Athletic is next door to Rapha North america. Drop in and say hi

I was going to suggest these but currently out of stock...You could email and see if they'll be re-stocking. (buy larger than you need though - they come up tiny!)

Winning so far, as they're zipped.
Velotoze split if you sneeze too hard and a pita to put on.
Defeet soak up all the moisture, don't they?
Northwave stitching is apparently an issue. -

Ooh, I like that! I've asked for a lead time.

Buy two sets in different colours, then wear one of each. Like a 12 year old with converse, but with far sweatier feet and lower CdA.

I like to pretend he put his iPhone in the back pocket before he set off.

Damn right... I'm not criticising anyone who is 5minutes faster than me over a 10... other than Tops and that weirdo helmet... there are some hard limits.
Also I think the Brookes kit looks awesome :-)

May or may not have already crossed my mind...
And I used to wear a brown and a pink converse with swapped laces :/ -

Did he forget to rub his self tan in when he put it on his shins? What's the lines going down? It doesn't look like that sport tape crap.

One of the fluo options then.
