Maybe they make metal, but I doubt it.
Only stars can make metal. Columbus makes tubes from steel supplied by a mill, not sure what form it's delivered in but they roll and weld it so it's either billet or strip

cable routing on toptube is very well at home in this thread
When that came on eBay it was a buy it now for £420. Zipp disc on the back... Could be a decent price for someone looking for a nice wheelset (once destickered, or not).
