This gives me a massive boner as I've got a three bed house in HG getting the mortgage paid down on it by tenants.

I've kind of kept an eye on prices round there without getting a valuation so this is a nice little boost for a Monday.

Congrats! Which road?

We'd love to have kept the place but it's too much of a stretch to have both. On the positive side, the house we're looking to move to is more than enough to keep us happy for the next 10 years.

Who the fuck knows what London / Bromley will be like by then...

Just on the right side of the rail line like yourself ie overlooking it. And a downstairs bathroom but we bought at a very good time.

Now thinking about remortgaging and buying a northern castle (albeit with a truckload of debt attached).
