Ha. I spend all fucking day working with USD, I didn't even spot that.

Got another 10 viewings already booked in for Friday. Currently assuming a final price of ~£440k.

This gives me a massive boner as I've got a three bed house in HG getting the mortgage paid down on it by tenants.

I've kind of kept an eye on prices round there without getting a valuation so this is a nice little boost for a Monday.

Congrats! Which road?

We'd love to have kept the place but it's too much of a stretch to have both. On the positive side, the house we're looking to move to is more than enough to keep us happy for the next 10 years.

Who the fuck knows what London / Bromley will be like by then...
