I had a look in an estate agent window yesterday; seems like 3 beds in Nunhead now cost you £799k. When I bought mine in 2012, £450k was the upper limit. Where the fuck is the money coming from? Is it just people selling up their Hackney flats and upping the mortgage?
Oh well. If there isn't a catastrophic crash, my moving to the mountains and opening up a boutique cycling palace is gonna happen sooner rather than later.
