Looks lovely and refreshingly different. I am not sure what to think about the lugs. Are they painted grey/silver?

Yeah all the lugs are painted silver - the frame was custom for a guy in the US and that's what he ordered. Personally I'd have gone for full orange frame and forks with no white or painted lugs. I'll get a repaint in the future maybe

All orange with white lug lining would look amazing. I used to have an orange Bob Jackson and this bike makes me miss it greatly.
