"How many holes are in the Phil rear and how much?"

16 a flange ! (32 Hole).

A few people have said the Phil photo doesn't show up for them, so here is a direct link in case you cannot see the picture.

The hubs are brand new, never laced up, I've searched around for prices on both hubs, I can't find much reference (someone told me the white versions are not available any more, when they were available they were special order only, not held in stock) the only place I found a front white high flange was on eBay (new) at £209.99, but I've seen black and silver (new) go for much less (like £150), so I think £209.99 is a bit steep.

You can check out the pricing calcluator at wheel builder (below), where they still show White High flanges at $337 (rear double fixed / white powercoat ) and $259 (front) - which comes to £380 (UK), so I'd probably let them go for £260 (for both)?
