Is this the best combination of items that I can buy in order to secure some bikes in the garage?

Jebus, that's a lot of dosh.
Why not just the biggest MFIBolt you can find cemented into the floor or screwed into a wall? -
• #70304
I'm guessing as a percentage value of the bikes to be secured, it's not very much

If it's that much more secure than my suggestion, sure.

Is there an affordable Shimano 11 speed cassette with a 36t?

Shimano 11 speed cassette with a 36t?
The only HG compatible 11-speed cassette I'm aware of with a 36T sprocket is the SRAM PG1170 11-36, not sure if ~£70 meets your definition of affordable.

Thanks, it's for an adventure which I'll be setting off from home to begin on Friday, knowing PX, wouldn't risk it even if it was showing in stock.

Black tea. Steep the bags and then lay them onto the sunburn. Alternatively paint the burn with the teabags. Keep repeating either method. The tannin will start to reduce redness and any pain by the hour.

34/32 will be fine for you, if you need a lower gear, the sugino chainset from hubjub would work, or make an ugly solution by getting a triple and putting 46/30 to give a good range with 11-28 without too big a jump.

Very obscure question here...
In a normal purchase from amazon USA, is an receipt/invoice included in the package?
It no longer is in the UK I know, but need to know about over there.

I went by the 99p store and got some random aftersun. On my 2nd coat now, I guess it's working I hope...
If I turn to look over one shoulder the opposite shoulder blade feels like it's on fire, if I raise my arm to signal clearly the shoulder of that arm feels even more on fire, not even going to attempt reaching for the drops or I'll explode into flame.

Jebus, that's a lot of dosh.
Why not just the biggest MFIBolt you can find cemented into the floor or screwed into a wall?I don't know what one of those is, but if it's bolt-cropper proof, case hardened steel that's approved by my insurance company and fits nice large chains, I am interested in it.

Fitting a Topeak Wedge Pack 2 (Large) under-saddle toolbag, it uses a clip system called the 'Fixer 25' to allow you to swap the bag easily between one or more bikes. Fitting it to the rails on a B17, no problems. However (dot dot dot), using the same bracket system wont allow it to be fitted to the B67 (sprung Brooks Sofa/saddle) on the other bike as the sprung chassis has a cross member that gets in the way.
Anyone know of an alternative bracket I can use with the Wedge Pack 2 or must I summon up masses of creative engineering brilliance and come up with a work around myself? Ta's.

mother fucking I-Bolt.
I used 2 of them to make my shed resistant to break-ins. One goes through the door, the other goes perpendicular to it through the door frame. Where they overlap I use the most intimidating padlock I can find. I don't know how sound this is, but evidence suggests it's working like a charm.

Not in London at the moment. In my (current) neck of the woods I've noticed that second hand carbon road bikes take a huge mark down if they are pre 2010 models.
So looking at the frames (as opposed to the whole bike with group set) – how do carbon frames from the late 2000's compare to today's frames? My various internet searches on Look, Felt and Scott frames suggest that weight hasn't come down much in the last 5-8 years.
I might not be able to do it with someone watching. Especially a reigning Death TT champion.
