You need cable stops which fix onto the downtube lever bosses. The Shimano part is SM-CS50 but there are several other manufacturers. Make sure you find a set which fit nicely with your bosses, as there is more than one pattern

i want to convert my MBK from having downtube shifters to brake level integrated. how do i do this, is it expensive or complicated and am i asking this question in the right place
