Never seen that decal before, nor a fillet-brazed Geoffrey Butler ... interesting!
I have a GB track frame, it's excellent.

Before going to a frame builder to get a torch put on tubes to remove your stuck/seized seatpost check the threads here for ideas/assistance in removing seized parts.
I've had success with simply using penetrating fluid, coca-cola and caustic soda to deal with stuck/seized components.

sold - cheers Ken. Thread closed
Vintage Geoffrey Butler frame/forks - 50cm seattube. The frame's in scrappy condition, as I had to have a stuck seatpost (heat)removed. The frame started life at The Elite Cycle Club (you can still make out the cyclist's name on the top tube) and is steel, with Campagnolo drop-outs. I'm looking for £75 for it. Collection in Greenwich.
