Sold
1970s Puch Cavalier, converted to a 5 speed town bike
58 ctt, 56.5 ctc, 59 tt
27" Rigida wheels, bit loose but spin well
Weinmann brakes and levers
Simplex rear mech
Newish Schwalbe tyres, Stronglight crankset, Shimano BB and front brake pads, and cables and chain.
Issues: the seatpost bolt is stuck because it's only nutted on one side. Might be a case of sawing through and replacing the bolt if height needs to be adjusted. Seatpost itself is not seized.FIXEDStem only goes in a certain amount before resisting, but is within a safe amount and fine for a town bike setup. Seems to be a slightly non-standard sized stem - have slammed other stems in the past on this bike.
Could do with some new rear brake pads and grips.
£100 > £95 > £85 > £70 SOLD
Collection from SW London or N1.
