If I were buying complete I'd be more inclined to go for the arkose 3 with 105 for an extra ton...
As frame was thinking of shopping about for higher spec but second hand sram x1 group and decent wheels which would help reduce the weight a bit, but this is totally untested/proven ideas.
It looks a lot of fun...
