I've got the second run of the Floral kit, and I think the quality is great. It's the most I've ever spent on cycling kit, and it definitely shows; they're manufactured by Bio-Racer. so you're certainly not just paying for a pretty pattern.
The jersey's a four panel construction, with the sleeves and sides being a stretchier thinner material, and the front and back a more substantial multi-layered mesh. The 'pro-fit' longer mid-bicep seamless sleeves are novel (for me) and especially comfortable. The only downside is that the full-zip rucks up a little when on the bike, but it feels really solid unlike other "invisible zips" so I suppose that's the price you pay for strength; it's hardly noticeable when you're concentrating on riding anyway.
The pad in the bibs is the most comfortable I've ever ridden in, but then all of my previous kits have been relatively cheap, so that's probably a bit more subjective. The bib straps aren't overly tight either, which is good for tall people imo, and you get a bonus little pocket in the back of them if you're riding really light. The jersey pockets aren't as cavernous as some of my others, but maybe that's just because I'm wearing a Small, and because it's a race fit.
Size wise, I'm 6' 4" and 73kg, but all of that weight is on my legs. I mix and matched a Small jersey and Medium bibs, and I couldn't be happier. As I say, it's race fit and so it's very tight, so if you're not wanting that I'd probably size up. Either way I'd highly recommend giving Sven (one of the owners) and email. He's a lovely guy, a fluent English speaker, and couldn't have been more helpful when I asked him the same questions six months ago.
TL/DR - It's really good. I don't work for them.
