The brooks imperial saddles have cut outs to relieve pressure on the perineum area. I believe they offer/or have offered various saddles with this option. The saddle pictured has no cutout and looks to be a normal everyday B17, although it could possibly be a B17 narrow - photos can sometimes deceive proportion. Looks like bog standard B17 to me though.
