    I'm going to try to get back to 75kg again, so have started using the MapMyFatness app on my phone, which has already revealed some surprises - 1,000 calories in a quiche, who knew?

    I'll try and run a steady deficit, goal is to increase FTP whilst dropping weight, be good to hit 4 watts/kg again, I've not been there for a while.

    out of interest, what do you mean when you say this. I hit 4.4 watt/k.g for 25 mins on my last watt bike session - I am imaging you mean for longer, but are you meaning for the whole of a 4 hour training ride.
