  • Whereas I, on the other hand, seem to eat around 4,000 calories daily. Cutting down on that means missing out tasty, tasty food so this may be difficult.

  • This was my biggest problem. No portion control especially when eating highly calorific foods.

    Doing the 5:2 diet and aiming for 2500 calories on non diet days made a big difference.

    Over 1.5 stone lighter than the beginning of the year and still hoping to lose at least another .5 stone.
