I had similar from a seller in France and you can't just take people at their word if you've never even met them.
Couriers make mistakes, but sellers being flakey about tracking info then asking you to cancel paypal disputes before you get what you paid for aint normal or good practice either.
Glad it is all resolved and my namesake is in the clear.
Its already been done yes. If a courrier company is telling me that they haven't received a package, both by email and on the phone, what can one do, only assume that the seller hasn't sent it. however he has and the condition is great. I am just glad it has all been resolved
