Wtf? Package is on the way to you, you know it because you have your tracking number! 13064920019022 Check it on dpd site and unlock my paypal! Just wait for my feedback..

I have just been on the phone to DPD who have said that you have sent my details to them but no package. They haven't even received the package from you to send to me. Im not sure if your trying to fiddle the books here or something but I'm sorry but I will be escalating the paypal case until I get my package.

@Gruby stop messing about. You need to sort this out with the courier company as they say they have no package from you.

I enquired about their Peloton for sale on sunday 1st august. They were quick to reply and usefully answered all my questions. I then payed for the frame set and a Kashimax saddle plus shipping to the uk on Monday 2nd and asked for a tracking number and conformation that they had received the payment.
I didn't hear back until Wednesday when they messaged saying:
Gruby
'forgive me, I had a lot of problems. My girl kicked me out of the house .. parcel is on the way to you, tomorrow I'll give you your tracking number. Cheers, fillip'
I then asked when the frame was sent and this was Followed by:
'Gruby
Yesterday. Courier asks for your phone number. Cheers'
I had not received this tracking info and the seller was not responding to the messages I have sent. I have opened a dispute on Paypal. Its all a bit of a shame as the seller seemed fine until i sent the money, after that they were a ghost. Once the paypal case against this person went through, they finally provided tracking information. I plugged it into DPD and payed £5 for saturday delivery. The frame did not come and I received this from DPD:
'Hi Matthew,
I hope you're doing well.
I am sorry that you did not receive your parcel as expected. I have just checked the system and can see that we have not received a parcel from your senders. I would advise you to get in touch with them for more parcel information.
I have processed the refund for you (that you paid for delivery upgrade) and this will be paid back to you within 3-5 working days.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I just would like the frame that I payed for. I go away for 2 weeks on wednesday so feel rather disappointed.
