Which tyres are you sporting on this snazzy number? Looks very nice whatever they are..

just finished building a NOS Ultimate CF ('12) on 6800 with F6Rs and a kurve saddle. Unfortunately I've proven to myself that I'm riding a bike at least one, maybe two sizes too big (62cm) now. Next one will be a 58.
Does anyone want to swap a Ritchey Logic II ergo bar for a classic bar?

because they don't make money on the track. BT own that market.

They ran out of supplying it to you.

They still have one left...

Pork buns = happy Ho! (FYI: They should hire me for their bloody R&D!)
-
• #914
You are their R&D, especially with the repaired carbon model.
-
• #915
Yes indeed and it's getting repaired again at London Carbon Repair, due to some tool dropping a tool onto the top tube, (the MK1 not the MK2 rebuilt)

Specialized Turbo Cotton. Really nice, but really expensive.

Any thoughts on the 'ULTIMATE CF SL 9.0 AERO'? I think the Aeroad might be a little too aggro for me, and the SLX a little too bling bling. This looks like a good all-rounder with decent kit. I'd swap the wheels back and forth between the Cosmics and a set of c24s.
-
• #920
Cosmics aren't really considered aero in today's toroidal wide rim trend but its a great value for money esp with the sponsoring discount: https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/service/sponsoring/ you just need a BC license to qualify.
OR you can build one buying groupset only for £799.
If it was me I'd go with Ultimate AL.
Don't bother with Di2.

Ultimate AL's are bloody brilliant. Seriously considered selling my R5 a few times this year as the Ultimate does everything I need.

Same situ

You've changed your tune!
Di2 is nice. But not significantly better than mechanical dura ace, which isn't a hell of a lot better than Ultegra...

to be fair it's probably because I've done eff all long rides since March (apart from Mallorca - which has lovely surfaces). I doubt I would want to ride the AL for 5+ hours in Kent. I rode the r5 loads over the winter.

We are all humans!
Tbh 5800/6800/9000 generation of groupsets made me change my tune. Easy to set up; GREAT shifting with proper set up cables; 4 trim positions for FD; Polymer cables
